One of our VPs is working on her doctoral research and is looking for participants to interview for her research study - looking at Post Pandemic Workforce Challenges from the lens of the Chief Student Affairs Officer.    This has been a topic of discussion in our CSAO Community of Practice - thinking it must be for others also.

Note: She is specifically looking for CSAOs from the following types of institutions to round out her pool. 

• Ivy, highly selective, or selective
• Community college
• Special focus institutions: HBCUs, military/service institutions, women’s colleges/univ., graduate only, business, etc.
